According to applicable law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason. So, if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can send them back to us within 14 days from the date of withdrawal. All returns in our store are handled by a very simple return wizard, which allows you to send a return parcel back to us via InPost Parcel Locker.

Details regarding the return steps:

• Log in to your account, then select the goods you would like to return in the return panel.
• In the following steps, select the return by clicking on the option "I will use the store's shipments" and choosing the form in which you want to receive the returned money;
• Generate the return documents with address labels, then print them and be sure to sign the return document;
• Place the packed goods along with the return document in a shipping carton and seal it well. You can use the box in which you received the ordered items. Go to any InPost Parcel Locker, where you can send the parcel quickly and conveniently, 24/7. Remember that the dimensions of the package cannot exceed 41 x 38 x 64 cm and a weight of 25 kg.
• We will refund the money, in the form selected in the return wizard, within 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. However, it usually takes less time. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or until you provide proof of sending it back.
